FAQ

Absolutely! We do accept walk-in appointments for our veterinary services. Whether it is routine check-ups or urgent concerns, you’re welcome to visit us. Just keep in mind that there may be a wait involved as we generally have scheduled appointments. It’s always better to call in advance if you can!
Most veterinarians would recommend an annual check-up for pets for overall health maintenance, although this may vary according to the pet’s age, health status, and lifestyle. Young pets and senior pets may need to visit their veterinarian more often to know the up-to-date status of their health. Regular check-ups would help in catching any issues and keeping your furry friend happy and healthy!
Yes, we absolutely offer emergency veterinary services. If your pet is sick or injured and needs immediate care, don’t hesitate to bring them in. Emergency situations can be very stressful, but our team has been well prepared to help pets get the urgent care they need as quickly as possible.
Vaccinations are vital for keeping pets healthy. Each pet should receive core vaccines, which are supposed to protect from serious diseases. For dogs, this includes rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and hepatitis. Cats need rabies, panleukopenia, and certain viral vaccines. In addition to these, there are optional non-core vaccinations that depend on the lifestyle of your pet, and your vet will tell you what is best to do.
Yes, we provide dental care for both cats and dogs! Just like us, our pets need regular dental check-ups and cleanings to prevent issues like gum disease and tooth decay. Our dental services include exams and cleanings, and if needed, we can also perform dental surgery. It’s an important part of keeping your pet’s overall health in check!
We offer a range of dental services for pets. These include routine dental exams and cleanings to keep teeth healthy and gums strong. For more serious dental issues, we also perform dental surgery.
